吃小龙虾吃出横纹肌溶解症 元凶可能是“洗虾粉”-中新网   都说小龙虾已经成了全国人民共同喜爱的美食,不过在享受美味的同时,也出现了不少问题。近日,巴南区的田先生一家在食用了小龙虾后,均感觉身体多处肌肉酸痛,经医生诊断,田先生一家得了横纹肌溶解症。不过,医生表示,问题应该不在小龙虾本身,横纹肌溶解症很可能和用于清洗小龙虾的“洗虾粉”有关。   吃小龙虾吃出了毛病   田先生家住巴南区龙洲湾金源御府小区,平时很喜欢吃小龙虾。   “原本是想吃小龙虾解解馋,没想到吃了之后整个人都不舒服了。”田先生表示,8月20日那天他在家做的小龙虾,是朋友从外地带回来的,已经经过抽虾线和剪虾头等处理,洗得也很干净,但在食用约4小时后,自己和老婆孩子的身体就出现不适。   “我们都觉得胸很闷,背上、腿上还有身上其他地方的肌肉有些酸痛。”田先生说,感觉身体不舒服后,自己和家人就来到附近的巴南区中医院看急诊,没想到被诊断为横纹肌溶解症。不过幸运的是,田先生一家的症状并不严重,经过治疗,田先生及家人现已基本恢复。“没有出大事,因为是朋友带来的,也没想过要再去追究。”田先生称。   “洗虾粉”可能脱不了干系!   巴南区中医院内一科副主任医师陈虎丘表示,田先生一家得横纹肌溶解症很有可能跟食用小龙虾有关。   陈虎丘称,横纹肌溶解症简单来说就是肌肉溶解,主要表现为突发的肌肉疼痛、肌无力、尿呈酱油色等,而过量运动、肌肉挤压伤、极端体温、药物等都可能导致肌肉溶解。   “不要小看这横纹肌溶解症,严重时可能导致肾功能衰竭、心脏骤停等,危及生命。”陈虎丘表示,发生这种情况,一般来说小龙虾本身并没有什么问题,问题出在一些不良商贩用来清洗小龙虾的“洗虾粉”,这些“洗虾粉”含有“次硫酸氢钠甲醛”,这就会导致横纹肌溶解症。   据了解,“洗虾粉”其实是工业领域普遍使用的一种除锈剂“草酸”,主要成分为柠檬酸和亚硫酸盐,有些还含有次硫酸氢钠甲醛,即“吊白块”。小剂量的次硫酸氢钠甲醛能使人们产生消化道症状,晚期(摄入6-24小时以后)可以引起横纹肌溶解、肾功能衰竭等症状。   “当然也不排除其他原因。”陈虎丘表示,由于小龙虾导致横纹肌溶解症的病例之前就有,且不在少数,一直以来都是个谜题,也有不少说法认为是小龙虾的养殖环境和其他因素导致,目前并不能完全定论。   揭秘      如何辨别“洗虾粉”洗过的小龙虾   家住九龙坡的张先生在九龙外滩广场经营着一家专门做小龙虾的餐厅,他表示,自己的餐厅没有用过“洗虾粉”来清洗小龙虾,但在整个以小龙虾为主的饮食行业里,确实有不少商家使用它。   “一般这种‘洗虾粉’的包装上既无生产日期也无生产厂家,可以说是三无产品,用它洗小龙虾必然会给消费者的健康带来威胁。”对于商家们为何喜欢用“洗虾粉”洗小龙虾,张先生解释,想要把小龙虾清洗干净是一件既费时间又费力气的事,而使用“洗虾粉”的话就非常省时省力,只用浸泡10分钟,粘附在小龙虾肚子上的脏东西就会自动掉落。   张先生还称,用“洗虾粉”清洗小龙虾,一般都要再用清水反复冲洗洗过的小龙虾,减少有害成分残留。而田先生一家所购买的小龙虾,或许就是未清洗到位。   用这种“洗虾粉”清洗过的小龙虾并不是无法辨别,张先生分享了三个辨别小龙虾的方法。其一,用“洗虾粉”清洗过的龙虾色泽光鲜,看上去非常干净;其二,被强酸腐蚀过的小龙虾虾钳很容易脱落,如果一盘小龙虾的虾钳普遍较少的话,就很有可能使用了“洗虾粉”;其三,未经烹饪的小龙虾身上如果有化学物质的气味,那么基本可以肯定这小龙虾被“洗虾粉”洗过。晨报记者景然 实习生 李琴相关的主题文章:
